This is a retail sale of goods, not a lottery, contest, or gaming service. 1. Every tier outcome is guaranteed to have a stated market value at or above the tier price at the time of your draw, using our published valuation methodology. 2. The draw only decides WHICH sealed product you receive — never whether you receive value at or above your price. 3. Mystery-item sales are final. Items are held in your vault and shipped on request. 4. We never repurchase, buy back, or credit back pulled items. 5. Out-of-stock fallback and empty-pool refund rules are published on the Fairness page and apply exactly as written there. 6. You must be 18 or older to purchase.
